As a facilities supervisor, I make sure that Debenhams Ottaway provides a welcoming environment and excellent service. My responsibilities include supervising daily operations, coordinating office moves, overseeing contractors, maintaining cleanliness and safety in our office, and handling administrative tasks such as reception duties.

Expertise
Before joining Debenhams Ottaway, I worked in a facilities role at one of the big four accountancy firms in the UK for 17 years. This has given me a strong background in facilities management, team leadership and operational efficiency. I have a proven track record in maintaining a clean, organised, and safe office environment while fostering a supportive team culture.
