Sophie is a legal assistant in our debt recovery team and assists in advising a variety of clients, both businesses and individuals, on debt recovery and credit control.
Sophie specifically works in the following areas
- issuing claims
- enforcement (instructing High Court Enforcement, applying for Third Party Debt Orders, applying for Charging Orders, attachment of earnings orders)
- sending letters before action
- requesting judgment.
She also assists with administrative tasks in all areas of our dispute team she has completed a level 4 paralegal diplomacy alongside training in debt recovery.
Sophie has experience sending bespoke letters, preparing and issuing court proceedings and instructing High Court Enforcement.
