  • Peter Hayes was calm, reassuring, efficient and professional. He always communicated very clearly in layman’s terms and was pro-active in seeking solutions to any challenges that arose. We could not have felt in safer hands and were treated with courtesy and respect and made to feel as if we were his only clients. His prompt, clear communication was very much appreciated and we are delighted with the way that the sale of our property was handled.

  • You communicated regularly and with clarity. You advised on what course we should take, were unphased by the appalling lawyers on the other side. Most importantly as soon as an e mail was sent to you, you responded quickly.
