I am the HR Manager within Debenhams Ottaway’s Human Resources Team. As HR Manager, I am responsible for the day-to-day management of the HR function, as well as ensuring the successful delivery of the HR Strategy.

As a HR professional, I see it’s my role to put the right things in place, to ensure our people have a great employee experience.

I have over 25 years’ experience as a HR Professional working both in the public and private sectors. As well as generalist HR, I have experience of developing People Strategies, plans and initiatives to support achieving organisational goals, as well as specialising in Employee Relations.

I have a Postgraduate Diploma in Personnel and Development from Northampton University.

I am a Chartered member of the Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development (CIPD) and regularly keep up to date with changes in legislation and HR practices, as well as attending training and networking events.
