Working with a bank in the preparation of a bank guarantee

We worked for a national bank in the preparation of a guarantee given by a private company in favour of the bank in order to secure a loan made to the company’s directors. We advised on the ancillary documentation which included board resolutions, directors’ statement of solvency and a shareholders’ resolution.
