We worked with Sprinklr, a major US based social media company, which is expanding into Europe. Sprinklr had recently taken over a UK company based in London. As part of the business expansion, they were looking to take an assignment of two leases of luxury office suites in central London. The outgoing tenant agreed to vacate but this was delayed which led to a breach of contract situation with major penalties paid by them.
We were able to secure the monetary penalties for Sprinklr against the sellers and move them into their new premises in time, before the end of their existing lease.
