We successfully advised and assisted on a planning application and an application for amendment for the construction of two blocks consisting of 26 apartments and subsequently 25 apartments following the demolition of the existing Glen Eagle Hotel, Harpenden.
We prepared a detailed letter of legal opinion for the developer to produce to the Local Planning Authority (in place of Counsel’s opinion) to persuade them to grant the application, thereby avoiding the need to submit a fresh planning application with the attendant fee and delay .
