Sale of a London commercial property

We worked with a business on the sale of their commercial property in central London, which included various residential and commercial units and tenancies.
The transaction also comprised the sale of a long leasehold title owned by the client’s family. The purchase price was agreed on the basis of an urgent exchange of contracts, and despite the volume of deeds and associated papers, this completed successfully within the timescales given.
