A recruitment supply agreement for a national recruitment agency

We drafted two substantial recruitment supply agreements for a national recruitment agency to govern the arrangement they have with a client. These documents included an exclusive master vendor agreement and second tier supply agreement to govern all of their recruitment in this highly regulated area. The drafting incorporated extensive service level arrangements required by the client’s customer and passed on all liabilities where appropriate to the client’s second tier suppliers.
