A nuptial agreement for a businessman with business assets abroad

We worked with a wealthy business man to set up his nuptial agreement. He and his wife jointly own business assets abroad run through a UK limited company. They also have separate property and investments in England and other countries. He is the wealthier of the two with over £5million in his sole name. The arrangements were complex given they are joint directors and shareholders of the limited company and they also needed to have a separate commercial agreement.
