Lasting powers of attorney for a group of company directors

We worked with a group of directors to help set up lasting powers of attorney for their personal and business finances. The directors wanted to ensure they appointed each other to look after the business finances but their respective spouses to look after their own personal finances.

We advised that two separate documents would be needed for each director otherwise their respective spouses would also be able to make business decisions and this was successfully carried out according to their exact requirements.
