We acted for the administrator of a college in a complex administration that spanned three separate areas of law: including insolvency, corporate and property.
Our role included:
- advising on a proposed pre-packaged sale to a third-party buyer, prior to administration
- helping to prepare and issue the administration documentation at court
- advising on onerous contract terms entered by the former directors relating to a sale commission agreement
The administration has now moved into liquidation.
