Helping a leading international eyewear supplier with new head office leases

We helped Luxottica North Europe Limited /Luxottica Retail UK Limited, a global manufacturer and distributor of fashion, luxury and sports eyewear to finalise two head office leases: one for their retail division in Hertfordshire, and the other for their wholesale division in London.

This work was urgent and high value, as the existing leases were coming to an end and the new renewal leases were for substantial office space. We successfully completed both leases swiftly within the tight timescales agreed.
