Employment law advice for the UK arm of a major international supplier

We regularly work with the UK arm of a major international company that supplies products to both wholesale and retail, across the UK.

Over the past 12 months we provided HR support and employment law advice to this client on a range of often very sensitive situations including advice on

• An employee who was suffering with pregnancy related ill health causing significant sickness absence
• An underperforming employee who was recovering from a serious illness
• A successful restructuring of one of their teams
• Updating their employment contracts/handbook.
