A dental company opening up private clinics in major Boots stores

Smileright Dencare Limited entered into a project with Boots to open its private dental clinics in Boots’ key stores.
We successfully completed leases on the first three stores. These were complex documents as they had to strike a balance between Boot’s interest and that of Smileright, in particular the right to relocate to any new store opened by Boots in the area and prohibitions on the sale of competing products. We also had to incorporate Care Quality Commission requirements.
