HF Holidays is an award-winning travel and hotel company that owns and leases 17 holiday resorts throughout the UK. We helped the business to restructure itself in the wake of the pandemic and we regularly help them with general commercial property work.
Our commercial property team recently acted for the company on the surrender of their head office lease. We had to carefully consider and amend the legal documentation to make sure the company’s interests were protected. This was also time critical, and multiple parties were involved – so we needed to ensure the surrender and grant of the new lease happened simultaneously.
Other work in the last year has included a multi-million-pound re-finance and an option agreement.
