We acted for Mploy Group Ltd in a claim against Denso Manufacturing UK Ltd arising out of a recruitment process outsourcing exercise.
The case was the first reported decision in the Recruitment Employment Confederation’s (REC) standard terms of business and involved issues of their construction as well as the construction of the Conduct of Employment Agencies and Employment Businesses Regulations 2013.
The case was reported at Mploy Group Ltd -v- Denso Manufacturing UK Ltd [2014] EWHC 2992 (Comm).
