Advising on various property agreements for a major development site

We advised on a major development with a consortium of land for over 5,000 dwellings over 2 million square feet of commercial development, schools and enabling road infrastructure. The scheme will come to fruition over the next 15-20 years. We are acting for the developer in connection with the s.106 agreement, a consortium agreement and a trust of land and joint ownership agreement.
