The Eurojuris private wealth group focuses on cross-border issues in the areas of private wealth – Wills, trusts, probate, family/divorce and property. It is made up of law firms throughout Europe and beyond who are all committed to working together to look after their clients. The group members aim to provide joined up advice to individuals looking for legal advice on private wealth matters in various jurisdictions.
The group is chaired jointly by lawyers and Eurojuris members, Susan Glenholme (Debenhams Ottaway) and Anneloes van Tuijn (A Van Tuijn advocate and mediator).
The next private wealth practice group meeting is on Friday 13 May from 11.00am CET to 12.00am CET (10.00am to 11.00am UK time).
Our aim is to develop a strong network of lawyers working in the private wealth area. At this group meeting we will be joined by Sarah Crowther QC who will share with us cross border issues relating to mental capacity. There will be an open discussion at the end with the opportunity to ask questions.
