Kat is a Senior lawyer in our property team, based predominantly in our Radlett office.

Working with private individuals, companies and charities, Kat has a reputation for providing an efficient and professional service, with a focus on ensuring that a personal and friendly approach is taken throughout the transaction, both with clients and all other parties or lawyers involved.

Expertise

Kat has a broad range of experience in dealing with both residential and commercial sales, and purchases of freehold or leasehold property.

She has gained a great deal of experience in recent years in dealing with refinancing transactions, working predominantly for commercial lenders as well as borrowers.

Kat also regularly deals with all aspects of the granting and taking of leases, including all ancillary documents such as agreements for lease, surrenders, rent deposits and licences to assign, underlet or alter.

Kat graduated with a law degree from the University of Leeds in 2010 and completed the LPC at BPP Law School, Leeds in 2011, graduating with a distinction. She joined Debenhams Ottaway as a trainee lawyer in 2012 and qualified in 2014.
