Our first FIRE event of 2019 took place in February at The Crypt – Bleeding Heart, London.
We heard from three speakers, William McCormick QC, Jeff Bacon and Max Cole of Ely Place Chambers, who provided a masterclass for office holders on the common bear traps when bringing claims on behalf of insolvent estates as well as shrewd strategies to maximise prospects of success and, most importantly, recovery.
